- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 business days of placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

  • Shipping Carrier: We use  USPS & UPS for all deliveries.
  • -Shipping Options: Available shipping options and costs will be presented at checkout. Please select the option that best suits your needs.

3. Delivery Times

 Delivery times vary based on destination. 

5. Order Tracking

- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s status online.

6. Shipping Address

- Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Shipping Issues

- Lost or Delayed Packages: If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as delays or if your package does not arrive, please contact the carrier who is delivering your package for more information for they are responsible for the package after it has left our store. 

8. International Shipping

- International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
